Director of Fulfillment

Description and Responsibilities:

My client is a Director of Fulfillment that will direct annual and long-term business planning, with a focus on business outcomes. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Motivate warehouse leaders to surpass goals by connecting them with company mission, vision, values, and strategy.
• Effectively manage P&L
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance regional operational processes, ensuring exceptional end-to-end fulfillment experiences that exceed quality and service standards and create a standard of best practices
• Review performance progress and opportunities with fulfillment leaders frequently to ensure each location meets or exceeds goals.

Qualifications:

The qualified candidate will possess most of the following traits:

• 7-10 years of leadership and supervisory experience, including leading other leaders.
• 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution segments preferred.
• Multi-site management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes.
• People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to travel up to 50% with the ability to work at a physical Fulfillment location within the region.
