Service Assistant Coordinator
POSITION OVERVIEW
Allmark Door seeks a dedicated Service Assistant Coordinator to provide exemplary leadership and support to our clientele. The Service Assistant Coordinator will serve as a primary point of contact, championing our clients' needs and facilitating seamless access to our services. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and a relentless commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction across all service interactions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The successful candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee project activities and technician assignments to ensure timely and budget-compliant progress.
- Facilitate the procurement and delivery of equipment, rentals, and associated purchase orders, meticulously tracking project costs.
- Prepare repair proposals and generate customer quotes for Preventative Maintenance and Emergency Service tasks.
- Monitor and promptly respond to service-related inquiries via email, demonstrating a sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Exhibit adept problem-solving skills, swiftly gathering and processing pertinent information to resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist in dispatching technicians, optimizing resource allocation based on factors such as workload, geographical proximity, and client priorities.
- Manage service schedules to maximize operational efficiency, effectively allocating personnel, equipment, and supplies.
- Coordinate vehicle assignments and dispatch, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Generate quotes and process purchase orders upon receipt of customer service requests, maintaining accurate records.
- Liaise with customers to communicate schedules and uphold a superior standard of client satisfaction.
- Provide technicians with necessary information regarding parts, tools, and equipment requirements prior to dispatch.
- Ensure thorough and legible completion of all on-site paperwork, both for company records and customer documentation.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with technicians regarding job statuses and pertinent details.
- Document relevant information in project records and update job statuses as required.

- Strong team leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and data entry software.
