We are looking for a highly motivated Retail District Manager to lead a team of highly qualified Energy Ambassadors. This is an in-field position that requires you to visit our Retail partner stores on a regular basis to coach and manage your team of Energy Ambassadors that work onsite. Responsibilities:
* Recruit top talent Energy Ambassadors, with the help of the recruiting team
* Provide ongoing training to team members, as well as in-field coaching to boost in-store rep productivity.
* Drive towards team lead generation and sales goals set by Sales Leaders
* Monitor performance of Energy Ambassadors daily
* Keep track of metrics and trends, and communicate them to upper management
* Meet all team and individual sales targets
Qualifications:
* Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor
* 2+ years of prior canvassing experience
* Experience working in the solar industry
* Ability to work evenings and weekends
* Experience leading a team of canvassers
* Strong business sense and industry expertise
