Summary:
Optimal Wireless, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee multiple retail locations within a designated area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the wireless industry. Previous experience with Cricket Wireless or a similar telecommunications provider is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, Schedule, and motivate a team of store managers and sales associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching, training, and support to staff
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures across all locations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the wireless telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel within the designated area as needed
- Bi Lingual in Spanish with minimum of working proficiency
