BlueSky is hiring a Technical Recruiter for our Atlanta office!

BlueSky is an Atlanta-based Boutique Technology staffing company that services clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to innovative start-ups nationwide.

We offer contract, contract-to-hire, direct-hire, and project-based solutions. Our consultative, non-transactional methodology prioritizes client relationships and quality candidates.

Responsibilities

• Recruit IT candidates using tools including Bullhorn, Linkedin, Indeed, and other job boards.
• Build a strong pipeline of prospective candidates
• Prepare candidates for interviews using best practices
• Communicate and work with the sales team
• Strategize innovative ways to reach new candidates

Qualifications

• 2 years min of IT Staffing Agency experience *this is an absolute must*
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The desire to excel in a performance-driven environment

We offer a hybrid work schedule, with Wednesday and Friday being work from home. Our office is located in Sandy Springs.
