JURISolutions Legal (JSL) is partnering with one of our corporate clients to hire a Corporate & Securities Attorney for a 4-month project. This is a remote role. The ideal candidate will have flexibility to potentially work part-time for the first couple of months and progress to full-time for the duration of the engagement.
The best candidate is required to be admitted to practice law in the U.S. and possess general knowledge of SEC rules, corporate transactional experience and board meetings.
Fundamental tasks include:
- Supporting the Corporate Secretary Office as it relates to financing activities and transactions
- Preparing materials for corporate board meetings
- Ensuring compliance with investor and financial regulatory standards
