Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Wound Care Nurse at Mobile Rapid Recovery. As a Wound Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing professional treatment for wounds in the comfort and convenience of patients' homes or facility. You will assess wounds, develop personalized care plans, provide wound care treatments, and work closely with patients and their healthcare teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in Wound Care and Nursing
- Knowledge of Ostomy Care and Ostomy management
- Understanding of Medicine and wound healing processes
- Excellent assessment and documentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
- Certification in Wound Care or related field is a plus
