Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance
- Ensure resident safety and uphold the utmost respect for all residents
- Coordinate pharmacy services and oversee medication management
- Act as a liaison between the facility, physicians, and family members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent overall resident care
- Participate in quality assurance and patient care conferences
Requirements:
- Must have experience working as a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing facility
- Proven experience in nursing leadership
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle employee appraisals and resolve problems effectively
- Commitment to maintaining employee and resident confidentiality
- Must have proven Skilled Nursing Facility experience.
- Must be a Registered Nurse with an active license.
- Legally Authorized to work in the United States
