Dog Trainer
Hiring is contingent on successful completion of online training, attendance and graduation of hands-on training at The Dog Wizard Academy.
Successfully completed The Wizard Way Training by The Academy at ITK9 Corporate entity also known as franchisor of The Dog Wizard s satisfaction. General Managers are expected to follow the training guidelines pursuant to The Wizard Way for consistent delivery of raving fan customer experiences, as expected by role.
Create an engaging and retaining environment for clients (customers) of Employer though all modalities of communication
Caring for all dogs in the business care and your own; including and not limited to their nutrition, care, medical care, hygiene, and any other areas that would be recognized as proper and humane care of animals
Sanitation of business facilities, vehicle and anywhere that client s dogs may be housed during training
Advertising and representing The Dog Wizard in the approved territory and supporting the neighboring The Dog Wizard locations through appropriate referral
Conducting evaluations for potential clients and enrolling them into appropriately recommended training programs
Following through with all sales processes including add your customer list to Vonigo that you bring to the business through your experience
Continued maintenance of client relationships
Arriving to appointments that are scheduled on time and contacting clients in the event you may be late
Attend continuing education opportunities
Adhering to The Dog Wizard Code of Conduct and employer code of conduct
INSTRUCTION:
Teaching Private and Group classes with follow up care to clients through provided modalities of communication
Take images, including video, of yourself, dogs, and the interaction during lessons that can be used on social media to promote the business
Host weekly Alumni class for Dog Wizard graduates at least one time per month
Host demonstrations at shelters, schools, and other public spaces for educational purposes
Seek to acquire advanced certifications to offer additional training programs through Employer
*All employees of Unlimited Pawsibilities may be required from time to time to complete responsibilities outside of the stated roles responsibilities as a means of maintaining business operations. This will be known as other duties as assigned and are required to maintain the viability and continuity of the business.
