Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Real Estate Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

Reliable and hardworking
Ability to safely use common power and hand tools
Experience installing and replacing minor plumbing systems
Strong communication skills with property management and resident
Self-starter with good time management skills
Ability to work with little supervision
Must have your own equipment and tools
Maintained a Drivers License for a minimum of 3 years
A High School Diploma or GED is preferred

Qualifications

Experience in General Contractors/In-House Resident Care Tech type repairs to include some or all of the following:

Minor Plumbing
Minor Electrical
Repairs
Painting
Flooring
Lighting/Plumbing fixture repairs and replacement
Site clean up
