Senior Marketing Manager


Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Execution: Work with marketing & GTM leadership to develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
  • Campaign Management: Design, launch, and manage targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, email, social media, events) to generate leads and accelerate the sales pipeline
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with across the organization, including sales, product, and leadership, to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives and leverage synergies across departments and functions
  • Brand Advocacy: Be a champion of the brand, ensuring consistency and innovation in all marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
  • Product Marketing: Gain a deep understanding of our audience, develop our positioning and messaging, and communicate the product benefits and value to our audience.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with product and sales teams to create compelling messaging, content, and collateral that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Utilize analytics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensure we are operating efficiently, and meeting metrics goals


Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in the trenches of B2B marketing, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Breadth in all areas of growth marketing, with deep expertise in demand gen, website management & conversion rate optimization, and marketing ops and analytics
  • Be extremely data driven and an expert at defining, setting, and reporting on full-funnel KPIs
  • Experimentation mindset. You understand the importance of testing and scaling what works, and can prioritize tests and find ways to get them out quickly.
  • Experience in managing agencies and external marketing partners.
  • Proficiency in full-stack of marketing tools: You know what tools to use and how to use them-or you can figure it out quickly. (e.g., Hubspot, Outreach, 6Sense, etc.)
  • Candidates with experience in navigating startup challenges and proven track record of helping scale startups strongly preferred
