Senior Marketing Manager
Job Details
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution:
Work with marketing & GTM leadership to develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
Campaign Management:
Design, launch, and manage targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, email, social media, events) to generate leads and accelerate the sales pipeline
Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Work closely with across the organization, including sales, product, and leadership, to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives and leverage synergies across departments and functions
Brand Advocacy:
Be a champion of the brand, ensuring consistency and innovation in all marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
Product Marketing
: Gain a deep understanding of our audience, develop our positioning and messaging, and communicate the product benefits and value to our audience.
Content Marketing
: Collaborate with product and sales teams to create compelling messaging, content, and collateral that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
Analytics and Optimization:
Utilize analytics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
Budget Management
: Manage the marketing budget, ensure we are operating efficiently, and meeting metrics goals
Requirements
7+ years of experience in the trenches of B2B marketing, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
Breadth in all areas of growth marketing, with deep expertise in demand gen, website management & conversion rate optimization, and marketing ops and analytics
Be extremely data driven and an expert at defining, setting, and reporting on full-funnel KPIs
Experimentation mindset. You understand the importance of testing and scaling what works, and can prioritize tests and find ways to get them out quickly.
Experience in managing agencies and external marketing partners.
Proficiency in full-stack of marketing tools: You know what tools to use and how to use them-or you can figure it out quickly. (e.g., Hubspot, Outreach, 6Sense, etc.)
Candidates with experience in navigating startup challenges and proven track record of helping scale startups strongly preferred
