This is a multifaceted role which will report into the Head of Human Resources and focus on Talent and Engagement. At its core the role is designed to coordinate organization-wide efforts to ensure training, performance management and workforce engagement programs are enhanced and aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives. This position will encompass advocacy for employee benefits, collaboration with recruitment team, manage and maintain effective programs for retention, promotion, and succession planning.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.

Develop, initiate, and maintain effective programs for workforce performance management, retention, promotion and succession planning.

Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance management system, including current job descriptions, standards of performance and performance evaluation instruments.

Ensure that organization-wide talent management and performance management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational efficiencies and effectiveness.

Manage all essential activities related to talent management programs.

Enhance onboarding program to ensure smooth transition for new employees.

Develop and maintain relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure buy-in and participation in workforce engagement programs.

Manage and oversee team member engagement initiatives.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in career development, employee engagement, and recognition.
