Ncite Partners is currently partnering with a fast growing e-commerce company who is seeking an Ecommerce/SEO Specialist to join their team. This individual will play a key role in helping establish and execute SEO and ecommerce strategies for the organization and assist with order fulfillment. * Research, develop, executive search engine optimization (SEO) strategies across multiple ecommerce channels.
* Manage and leverage relationships with reseller platforms such as Amazon and E-bay to grow the sales of the organization.
* Assist with the managing of ecommerce inventory and pack and ship customers orders in a timely manner.
* Research and rectify any mis-shipments or other issues.
* Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns and product promotions via on-line platforms.
* Assist with the management of multiple social media platforms.
* Maintain website information pertaining to frequently asked questions (FAQs) and other points of customer interaction on the website.
* Research and create content to fill knowledge gap on website or on any ecommerce platform.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of ecommerce or SEO experience is required
* Experience with on-line ecommerce retailers such as Amazon is highly preferred
* Strong written communication and content creation skills are required
