Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals and overall well-being
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients
- Achieve sales targets through consultative selling
- Work closely with the studio team to ensure a seamless client experience including providing information to clients about the safety, benefits, and risks associated with various types of treatments and services
- Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments
- Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care
- Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within th industry
Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role within the aesthetic or retail industry is highly desirable
- Excellent Client Service Skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures
