Contract Duration: 12-18 months with potential for permanent hire

Compensation: $50.00-$55.00 per hour (W2)

What We Need From You:

  • Proven Experience: At least 5-7 years in networking and system administration.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid background in Microsoft Windows environments, Cisco technologies, and both local and wide area networks.
  • Leadership Skills: Previous management experience is a must.
  • Advanced Knowledge: Familiarity with SANs, backup systems, disaster recovery, and emergency preparedness.
  • Certifications: Cisco (CCNA or CCNP) and Microsoft Windows Server certifications are a plus.
  • Network Savvy: Deep understanding of network operations including LAN, WAN, SAN, and network-attached devices.
  • Team Builder: Ability to lead, inspire, and unite a network team.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Skilled at managing staff within a value-driven, collaborative environment.
  • Performance Management: Competence in evaluating staff performance and recommending appropriate training.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.


Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Oversee the Network section staff and manage network infrastructure.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure all system servers are maintained, including upgrades and security measures.
  • Network Security: Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to safeguard our network.
  • Infrastructure Management: Handle server infrastructure, SANs, backup systems, and data recovery processes.
  • Connectivity: Maintain connectivity devices across LAN and WAN.
  • Policy Implementation: Enforce network policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Equipment Management: Manage the acquisition of new equipment to keep our network cutting-edge.
  • Budgeting: Assist in developing IT budgets and long-term financial planning.
  • Contract Oversight: Manage contracts for network services and professional services.
  • Technical Support: Contribute to video production for meetings and stay updated on IT trends.
  • Customer Service: Address the needs of both internal and external customers.

Important Note: This position requires prior experience in managing a network team. Applicants without team management experience will not be considered.
