Entrusted Advisors is actively seeking a Hardware Product Compliance attorney to work with our client a Big Tech company**. The ideal candidate must have expertise in dealing with European Union (EU) Hardware Compliance matters. The candidate must be experienced in advising on hardware products compliance laws and regulations as related to the EU. This is an exciting opportunity to handle substantive work and support a legal team while building a career that's customized to you.
Successful candidates will have the following:
- Experience providing EU compliance support in hardware product
- Extensive knowledge with EU product regulations including EU Batteries Regulation, EU RoHS, EU Radio Equipment Directive.
- Possess a solution-oriented, collaborative approach to legal work with particular attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be licensed to practice law in good standing in at least one state.
** Please note this is a three (3) month minimum engagement**
