**We have teams that travel both locally and across the country. Your travel is free with Mallard! We pay for travel, provide travel reimbursements, provide lodging, and pay you for your work on the jobsite.**

**Job Duties & Responsibilities:**
* Coordinates and completes the assignments at one or more sites.
* Reports daily to team lead on the progress of the assignment, scheduling, quality of work and the utilization of materials.
* Assists both the Project and Site Manager in completing the assigned duties for the duration of the assignment.
* Assists with managing and tracking merchandising material used, its proper storage, utilization, and reports any issues with material to Project Manager.
* Applies all safety requirements and reports any safety hazards or violations to Project Lead and designated safety individual(s) responsible for assignment safety and compliance.
* Is passionate about going the extra mile to complete the assignment while holding true to our vision, mission, and core values.
**Qualifications:**
* **Willing to travel for free!**
* Must have Valid Drivers License.
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Reliable transportation
* At least 2-year experience in retail, construction, service industry or similar capacity preferred.
* At least 1.5-year experience in retail installations preferred.
* Skilled knowledge and understanding of hand/power tools, retail merchandising terminology and general retail fixture, signage, and merchandising practices preferred. Carpentry skills are a plus.
* Must be able to pass a drug test and background check at any given time.
* Able to lift at least 50 pounds, stand, walk, sit, mobilize hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear and any such capabilities for up to 12 hours at a time.
* Skilled Planogram knowledge is a plus.
* Moderate Computer Knowledge required
* Moderate management skills required (ability to lead an internal team of 2 or more).
* Must own a laptop and cell phone with WIFI capabilities for assignment communications.
* Basic understanding of scaling and floor layout/blueprint preferred.
* Ability to communicate respectfully and work as a team with other field members and contractors regarding the assignment requirements and progress.

Our teams are regularly exposed to high, precarious places: fumes or airborne particles in and around construction environments, use of hand/power tools with vibrations, along with moderate to high noise levels.
The physical demands of these assignments require lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, frequently. While performing these duties, the crew members should be able to perform the capabilities described for up to 12 hours at a time.
