Come join our team! The Production Coordinator Role operates as a valuable contributor within our Supply Chain and Procurement Teams. The Production Coordinator will be essential in forging relationships with our manufacturing and installer network. You will work with household names and see your work in your day-to-day lives. Responsibilities:

  • Plan and monitor manufacturing workflow
  • Maintain relationships with manufacturing vendors
  • Managing manufacturing schedules to ensure on time completion
  • Communicate effectively with internal and 3rd party stakeholders
  • Contribute to a team environment focusing on several Supply Chain global initiatives surrounding vendor support, quality control, production control, logistics, and process enhancements
  • Attend and actively participate in scheduled project meetings; Proactively communicating all concerns that impact the projects and offer viable solutions to customer issues.
  • Execute project tasks to provide a smooth flow of progress throughout the project until completion.
  • Utilize effective communication to develop strong relationships with your team and other PM teams.
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with external partners including vendors and subcontractors always treating them fairly and professionally in all interactions.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope utilizing problem-solving techniques to identify potential issues and devise contingency plans as required.
  • Keep all administrative tasks up to date and tracked within our timeline and procedural processes.


Production Coordinator Management Requirements:

  • Associate degree or two years of general work experience
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced role, interest in logistics/supply chain is preferred but not required
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capable of executing job tasks in Identiti s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office, email, and internet
  • Enjoys being busy
