Position Overview:

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Fund Finance Coordinator will be responsible for all support functions for the firm s Fund Finance department. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is high-energy, goal-oriented, and results-driven.


Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare quarterly PDF valuation binders and portfolio summary binders for portfolio committee.
  • Serve as backup to Fund Administration Manager in maintaining the investor website (Allvue) and database and responding to investor questions.
  • Assist with providing information in response to KYC/information requests from 3rd parties.
  • Liaise with tax, legal, and finance teams to maintain and track key information on TA s 300+ entities.
  • Contribute to Fund Finance team processes by completing specific tasks in quarterly accounting and reporting cycle.
  • Assist with SEC and Treasury filings.
  • Scan and save quarterly documents for retention purposes.
  • Manage the CFO s calendar, travel, and monthly expense report.
  • Schedule meetings/calls and other logistics as needed.
  • Document management copying, emailing, overnight/shipping, etc. as required; draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents; sort incoming mail; and maintain all paper and electronic files.
  • Maintain wire instruction templates on bank website, download monthly bank statements from bank website, track bank fees, open bank accounts.
  • Coordinate the signing of legal and accounting documents via DocuSign.
  • Complete ad hoc projects to support the Fund Finance team.


Qualifications:

  • Financial services industry experience is a plus, but not required. Professional services experience preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels across the firm.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify and assess problems/issues and use sound judgment to develop solutions.
  • Comfort, familiarity, and/or desire to learn intermediate Microsoft Excel functionality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Must exhibit a high degree of confidentiality and sense of urgency.
  • Team player who can work effectively with a wide range of people and levels in order to deliver business results.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of initiative, commitment, and drive.
