LHH is partnering with a local manufacturing company in the Oklahoma City, OK to fill a Manufacturing Controller position! This position will manage a small team and work directly with top leadership on areas pertaining to financial operations of the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising general ledger and accounts payable functions.
- Report consolidated financial information.
- Produce FP&A schedules and analyzes budget to actuals.
- Oversee internal control compliance and develop necessary policies.
- Assist with process improvements.
- Develop and mentor staff.
Requirements include:
- Bachelors in Accounting or related
- Supervisory experience (teams up to 5-10)
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Minimum 8 years related accounting experience from mid-size to large corporate environment
- Oracle experience preferred
- Advanced Excel and SQL proficiency and financial modeling experience
