Piper Maddox has been engaged by a major player in the Hydrogen and Clean Fuels market. They are the world's largest industrial gases company in the space. As an OEM, they design and build state-of-the-art equipment to meet industry trends and demanding standards for quality, reliability and safety.
As a Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of creating, expanding, and managing sales of their innovative products and technical services to both new and existing clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical, Metallurgy, or Manufacturing. An MBA is advantageous.
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including experience in applying or selling technical solutions within metals processing, technology sales, or manufacturing environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivating and nurturing sales of industrial gas products and technical solutions within the Metals industry, focusing on areas such as heat treatment and combustion.
- Crafting tailored solutions that address client needs and objectives, showcasing the unique value offerings through creativity, innovation, and a customer-centric approach.
- Acting as the primary technical authority, setting the company apart from competitors by leveraging expertise and knowledge to drive profitable sales.
- Working closely with the Applications Equipment Engineering team and Global technical experts to design industry-specific technical solutions.
- Executing activities that lay the groundwork for value creation, including customer process audits and safety training.
Location: Onsite - California
Salary: $110k - $150k base DOE + bonus
