In this role the Field Service Electrical Technician plays an integral role in the support of customers installation and commissioning, maintenance, and repair needs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform service tasks and identify technical problems related to installation and commissioning, maintenance, repair, upgrades and retrofits and replacements.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring a thorough understanding of customer needs, clear and open communication, and quality of work.
- Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure that all materials, parts, and equipment are available for the intended work scope.
- Prepare documentation reports for client acknowledgement and signature.
- Proactively identify potential equipment failure and provide recommendations.
- Adhere to all company safety rules and practices.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field OR
- Associates Degree with 2+ years of experience
- Able to self-Project Manage utilizing MS Project or an alternative.
- Ability to write test plants and detail test results
