As a Scheduler, you will be primarily responsible for creating, managing, and integrating our schedules for all projects, and provide scheduling support for Estimating, Production, and Risk Management.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the Estimating Department to create preliminary schedules prior to bidCoordinate with the Project Management Teams to produce P6 CPM Schedules for awarded projectsCoordinate with Project Management Teams to update schedules monthly, or as needed, and submit update reports to ClientsInterpret plan sets and contract documents; and communicate with Estimating and Project Management Teams about schedule complianceAssist Project Teams monitor and document project progress to identify and communicate potential issues or conflicts and help mitigate those issuesIf needed, identify delays, and produce and review time impact analyses and delay claimsWork closely with project management team in developing project reporting to aid in analyzing the status of projects and company program to improve project successSkills and QualificationsBachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field requiredFive (5) or more years scheduling experiencePrevious heavy civil infrastructure industry experience, such as civil, structures, or heavy highway construction is preferredExperience in bridge work is highly beneficialThree (3) or more years related scheduling experience utilizing Primavera P6Experience with data analytics using Excel, or equivalentStrong creative problem solving and analytical skillsProven leadership ability to communicate and collaborate with various teams within the company, Clients, and various stakeholdersAbility to mentor, train, and develop Project Engineers, Superintendents and Project Managers in schedule updates and reportingWe build extraordinary projects, and we need exceptional talent.
