**Job Purpose:**
The role of a Floater is an exciting role in which the Floater works closely with management and is the first line of defense in ensuring a smooth experience for the client and the team*.* A Floater will be the one individual assigned to cover shortages in any building needed and assist in training new team members.
**Duties**
* A Floater will be trained on all positions & locations to ensure operations do not become disrupted due to staffing shortages.
* Assisting the Supervisor in the training and development of staff.
**Requirements:**
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be dependable
* Strong attention to details
