Description
We're looking for a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative, working in Insurance industry in Chicago, Illinois, United States.
- Receive requests via telephone regarding Insurance application status.
- Respond to inquiries from independent and company agents and/or agencies for information and assistance.
- Perform research to respond to inquiries and interprets notifications to determine most effective response.
- Respond to inquiries, grievances, complaints or appeals ranging from routine to moderate complexity.

Experience Required for Your Success- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years experience in customer service, call center environment
- Bilingual- Spanish required
- Prior insurance experience preferred
- Cigna experience a plus
- Ability to maintain detailed knowledge of all products and procedures
- Ability to handle high end customers in a professional manner
- Home internet with 25 mbps and up is required
