The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative, working in Insurance industry in Chicago, Illinois, United States.

  • Receive requests via telephone regarding Insurance application status.
  • Respond to inquiries from independent and company agents and/or agencies for information and assistance.
  • Perform research to respond to inquiries and interprets notifications to determine most effective response.
  • Respond to inquiries, grievances, complaints or appeals ranging from routine to moderate complexity.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years experience in customer service, call center environment
  • Bilingual- Spanish required
  • Prior insurance experience preferred
  • Cigna experience a plus
  • Ability to maintain detailed knowledge of all products and procedures
  • Ability to handle high end customers in a professional manner
  • Home internet with 25 mbps and up is required
