TASKS & ROLES
- Handle incoming customer inquiries concerning equipment, directing them to the appropriate channels
- Streamline order processing via CRM/ERP systems and customer portals, encompassing returns and warranties
- Collaborate with Team Leader to monitor and communicate order status changes affecting delivery timelines
- Coordinate with parts warehouse and factories on internal purchase orders
- Prioritize tasks within the customer support team or departmental framework
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Possess 2+ years of experience in customer support/managing order processing and inside sales for industrial industry
- Thrive in a dynamic office environment, maintaining focus and precision during the management of offers and orders
- Demonstrate proficiency in accurately interpreting customer requests
- Exhibit computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and SAP applications
