Job Description
- Manage guest experience, marketing campaigns, and promotions to boost sales and brand recognition
- Assist in strategic marketing plans and execute social media events
- Ensure brand standards and proper asset management
- Collaborate with account teams to merchandise dining locations
- Track progress and satisfaction, analyze feedback and trends
- Implement surveys, analyze results, and track campaign success

- Promote engagement via traditional and digital channels
- Develop engagement assets and maintain a strong digital presence
- Meet with account managers for feedback and strategy brainstorming
