Job Summary

The Associate Account Manager supports the Account Management team in maintaining and expanding client relationships, assisting with the recruitment strategy, and facilitating the overall sales process. This role involves significant client interaction, scheduling management, and operational support to ensure seamless service delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Goal-Driven Sales Support: Assist in driving the sales process from identification to close, with a clear focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Outcome-Focused Client Interaction: Engage with clients to not only maintain relationships but also to achieve specific, measurable outcomes that align with business objectives.
  • Client Communication: Act as a first point of contact for client queries, ensuring high-quality communication that upholds the company's reputation for excellent service.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars for the Account Management team, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth communication between clients, recruiters, and candidates.
  • Resume and Candidate Submission: Assist in reviewing, qualifying, and submitting candidate resumes. Coordinate with the Account Managers to ensure candidates meet client expectations and requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange and follow up on candidate interviews, providing necessary documentation and feedback to both candidates and clients.
  • Sales Support: Support the Account Managers in driving the sales process from identification to closure, including preparing proposals and presentations as needed.
  • Client Education: Help in researching new technologies and trends, and assist in educating clients about industry standards and hiring processes.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative duties including record keeping, data entry, and managing client documentation to support account management activities.



Qualifications

  • Metrics-Driven Work Ethic: Experience with, or understanding of, key performance indicators (KPIs) in sales or client services environments.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of achieving or contributing to revenue targets and other quantifiable objectives.
  • Experience in a supporting role within sales, recruitment, client services or service industry
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Characteristics: High attention to detail, proactive, and client-oriented with a knack for building trusting relationships.

Working Conditions

  • Primarily in an office environment. Must be able to participate in meetings and communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Regular office hours with potential for occasional overtime during project peaks.

Physical Requirements

  • Primarily sedentary with frequent sitting, typing, and phone use.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
