Previous cash handling and customer service experience required.

Previous tourism/hospitality experience preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Professional dress and demeanor

Job Purpose:

To greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.

To provide excellent customer service.

Essential Functions:

Greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests.

Keeping accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.

Taking accurate messages.

Making and confirming reservations.

Providing information to guests about Natchez and other services.

Assisting guests in securing their valuables.

Posting additional charges to guests bills.

Maintaining a balanced cash drawer.

Work Environment:

Inside office setting, air-conditioned and brightly lit.
