Responsibilities:

Engage with customers by phone to provide information, process rentals and reservations, and address concerns.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service and sales skills.

Assist a diverse customer base.
Utilize computer systems and software proficiently.
Troubleshoot effectively using strong problem-solving skills.
Implement effective sales techniques to meet or exceed goals.
Work both independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:
