This individual will be responsible for insuring Safety programs/policies are being strictly enforced on all job sites as well as Company work locations. Will assist in establishment and communication of Safety policies & Procedures, conduct job site inspections, investigate incidents & accidents as well as conducting safety training including toolbox talks, regulatory training, etc.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor s Degree with a concentration in a Safety related field.

Certifications: Must hold OSHA 30 Hour certification, OSHA 500 desirable.

Experience: 3-5 years practical experience in commercial CONSTRUTION safety concepts and procedures. Knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, and ASME Standards Desirable.

Perform regular site visits of active projects to ensure compliance with the Safety Plan and contractors rules.

Develops and reviews the Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) s, as directed and/or needed.

Provides onsite safety training and education

Works as a team member with project management, site foreman, sales staff, subcontractors and other personnel to ensure cooperation and adherence with safety inspections, corrections and compliance.

Requires excellent communication and leadership capabilities as well as strong analytical and presentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite also required.
