Hybrid Opportunity: RoundTable is partnered with a multi-facility IDN client heavily invested in maximizing technology resources to support clinical process and innovation to identify an Epic Beaker Principal Trainer. The Epic Beaker Principal Trainer / Instructional Designer will join the team

at the outset of a complex new Beaker implementation, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the project, drawing from experience with previous Epic Beaker installs.

The ideal Epic Beaker Principal Trainer / Instructional Designer will:

Have the ability to dive in as a Beaker SME for the Training team; utilize 3+yrs of previous experience to act as mentor and make informed recommendations throughout implementation and optimization
Coordinate with Epic Analyst teams, project workgroups, and operational stakeholders for related workflows and deliverables
Design, support, and refine comprehensive Beaker Curriculum and MST
Be comfortable training multi-discipline Laboratory operations / end-users across varied audiences
Reside in MD / DE / DC / NoVA / PA with the ability to be on-site periodically in the long-term, but more heavily in the short term (discovery, workflow, GoLive)
Identify, appropriately escalate, and mitigate project gaps/ambiguity, risks, and barriers

Requirements:
