This role includes nurturing current and future customer relationships through virtual and on-site product consultations and general assistance. **Pay range: $37k - 45k

**The Work Stuff:
Provide an exceptional customer service experience
Assist clients with vehicle technology
Problem solve / troubleshoot vehicle technology issues
Work in a team environment
Participate in/create customer appreciation initiatives
Perform professional and knowledgeable demonstrations of vehicles
Clearly and concisely consult with customers in person, virtually, and by phone Data mining: applying deterministic software to consult with clients regarding a vehicle trade
Internet lead response

Knowledge of new technology and/or electronics is a plus
Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
