Multi-Unit Restaurant General Manager

YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:
- Develops and implements business strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency
- Manages P&L for each unit, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management to meet or exceed financial goals
- Coordinates with management staff to optimize staffing, scheduling, and training
- Enforces adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Cultivates strong team dynamics and a positive work environment
- Works closely with both in-house and outsourced marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Oversees the handling of all marketing channels including social media, website maintenance, creation and distribution of event posters, and updating message boards
- Ensures that the staff is actively engaged in creating interesting and engaging programming and promotions to attract and retain customers
- Responsible for ensuring that all staff members are effectively performing their roles, maintaining up-to-date documentation of job scopes and responsibilities
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- 5+ years of experience as a restaurant Multi-Unit General Manager (or comparable role)
- Strategic business management skills, and a strong operator who s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and still touch tables
- Unit opening and large indoor/outdoor venue experience preferred
- Local candidates only - Must live within 20 miles of Napa
