Who Are We Looking For


Full Time & Part Time Client Advisors for our first US Flagship store located in New York on Madison Avenue.

As a Client Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our business through collaborating with the team in achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives for the store while providing exceptional customer service.


As a sales professional, you will represent and promote the brand image, be an authority on the product, as well as serve as an ambassador of the brand and embody its ethos!


Job Description


Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Customer Service:

  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience for every customer.
  • Ensure customer loyalty by collecting customer information and entering it into the database to build a valuable clientele base.
  • Follow-up with clients through telephone calls, letters, cards, and special announcements.
  • Maintain a client book including sales records, client preferences, colors, sizes, and styles as well as records of clients' life events (e.g., birthdates, etc.)
  • Resolve client issues as they arise, with the support of a manager, if necessary, always upholding exceptional client experience.
  • Achieve individual sales goals and objectives set by the Retail Store Manager
  • Collaborate with peers to achieve business objectives.
  • Support promotional campaigns to drive sales.
  • Communicate brand values, stories, and lifestyle to clients.
  • Participate in the inventory process as required.
  • Communicate any pertinent information gathered from customers to the Retail Store Manager.
  • Keep up to date regarding current fashion trends.
  • Work on special projects as directed by Retail Store Manager and ASM.


Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor s degree in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury retail store or high-end fashion environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail POS software.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell and achieve targets in a competitive retail market.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
