The Role

As a Product Leader at Kintsugi, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape scaling access to mental healthcare through sound. Working across healthcare enterprises, we'll get to partner with the largest global organizations and learn about the clinical workflows that affect how people today get care. Kintsugi Voice detects signs of clinical depression and anxiety from short clips of free form speech, and as an API, provides flexible opportunities to capture important mental health information key to supporting triage and time-to-care seamlessly in phone and telehealth calls, as well as, in remote patient monitoring applications.

Working directly with the Founder/CEO and across Sales, Marketing, Design, R&D, Engineering, Customer Success, and Regulatory teams, the Head of Product will lead in building the Product Roadmap, cultivating a product advisory board from prospective clients, creating the prioritizations and product requirements for engineering, as well as, executing on shipping enterprise-grade expansion of Kintsugi Voice as both an FDA-regulated and non-clinical application of its technology. Critical is a deep understanding in building AI/ML production-ready software, advanced UX and user feedback surveying and analysis skills, superb client-facing communication skills, good design taste, timely execution, and a self-starter.

Responsibility

  • building the 6 mos, 1-year, and 5-year Product Roadmaps
  • Forming a product advisory board from prospective and existing clients
  • Conducting client user research and feedback sessions
  • Developing product milestones, leading agile sprints, writing technical PRDs
  • Executing on shipping product iteratively across enterprise clients
  • Managing consumer-facing data acquisition application and clinical engagements
  • Collaborating across remote teams to align on product prioritizations for the FDA-regulated and non-clinical applications
  • Leading strong client-driven product culture
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of increasing Product Management scope in fast-scaling organizations
  • B.S. Computer Science or working equivalence
  • Provide portfolio of technical PRDs, product launches, and product roadmaps
  • Led multiple Product teams and can still execute IC work
  • Progressively ambitious product launches in technically challenging environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, client-engagement experience
  • Resourceful, creative, strategic, and structured
Bonus Qualifications
  • Startup/Founder enterprise and/or AI/ML experience (e.g. familiarity with model drift, hyperparameter tuning, understanding performance metrics)
  • Experience driving adoption of ML-powered APIs and backend services
  • Healthcare and clinical workflow experience
