Role Description

This is a position for an associate attorney. As an associate attorney, you will have the opportunity to be involved with advising clients, drafting documents, conducting research, engaging in litigation (nearly all in federal court), and supporting our team of attorneys as needed. If hired, you can expect immediate responsibility while working alongside some of the best in the business.


Location

We are primarily seeking candidates who can work onsite in Cincinnati or Indianapolis. However, we are flexible about location and willing to consider a hybrid or remote arrangement for the right candidate. We practice throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and several surrounding states.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a team-oriented personality. A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky state bar is required. We are seeking a candidate with at least three years of legal experience. Candidates with labor and employment or collections litigation experience are especially encouraged to apply. Salary range will vary depending on relevant experience.
