Better Future Farms is a leading greenhouse company in the Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) industry. We specialize in sustainable and high-quality agricultural practices to provide fresh, locally-grown products year-round. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. The Warehouse Associate will assist with receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products and supplies. You will work closely with our Production Manager and General Manager to maintain inventory accuracy and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner. ResponsibilitiesReceive shipments and check their contents to ensure accuracyAccurately label and store products and supplies in the appropriate location within the warehouseKeep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortagesPick and pack customer orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare orders for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and completing necessary documentationMaintain a clean and orderly warehouse environmentOperate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficientlyAssist with inventory counts and cycle counts as neededRequirementsPrior experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in inventory managementAbility to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacksBasic computer skills, including experience with inventory management systemsAbility to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspaceStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, as neededAbility to operate pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and forkliftsLoad tractor trailers with finished productsFlexibility to work in different shifts as requiredBenefitsCompetitive salary plus bonusesHealth Care PlanPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Training & Development PandoLogic.
