Home Instead is looking for compassionate and reliable CARE Professionals to drive within various parts of Allen County, which is our territory and the largest county in the state BTW. We provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes and meet their aging challenges with dignity, care, and compassion.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Assistance with grooming and bathing
- Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
- Alzheimer & Dementia Care
*No previous experience necessary - FREE skills training provided by Home Instead
Requirements to be a CARE Professional:
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

Should be:
- Professional, self-directed, and the ability to work with little supervision in a home setting
- Goal-oriented and career-minded
Must :
- Be over 18
- Pass a criminal background check
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have current and continuous auto insurance
- Have a dependable car that is for your primary use
- Pass a drug screen
