Perfect Wellness group is a unique, luxury wellness solution for your home or commercial spa space. We are Headquartered in NYC. We design, create and install award- winning thermal spaces across the United States and Canada. Not only can we provide a sauna for a residential home, but we can also design complete wellness spaces for large scale, five-star, luxury commercial spaces.
We are looking for a temp to permanent Accounts Receivable Specialist with extraordinary attention to details, impeccable follow-up skills and ability to multi-task. In this role you will be working with our Accountant and COO to manage all aspects of our finances. This is a great opportunity to join a rapid growing team with incredible options of growth. We welcome people from all different backgrounds, experience in the wellness industry is great but not required-if you are EXTREMELY organized and can jump in and learn quickly we will be happy to have you.
Responsibilities
- Process and record incoming payments from clients accurately and efficiently
- Verify discrepancies and resolve any billing issues or disputes
- Prepare and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Monitor accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing or payment-related inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Business Central.
- Proficiency with all Microsoft applications.
- Proven communication, presentation, phone etiquette.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Ability to quickly absorb information.
- Detail oriented and fantastic follow up skills.
- The will and ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.
- MUST RESIDE IN THE TRISTATE AREA
Salary: $55,000-$75,000 dependent on experience
