Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating software systems that enable the first platform to codify the theory of mechanical engineering.
- Leveraging AWS to build out our APIs, data model, authorization, and other infrastructure
- Building out and streamlining our frontend infrastructure
- Implementing and maintaining our React web forms
- Collaborating with other engineers to create a seamless integration with the computational backend
- Creating a best-in-class user experience for our prospects and customers
Requirements
- A background in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Industry experience with Software Engineering
- Minimum 3 year's experience in web development
- Expert-level knowledge of Typescript, NodeJS, and Redux
- Expert-level knowledge of the AWS stack: EC2, AppSync, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, Amplify, and others
- Familiarity with Automated Testing
Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive industries
- Familiarity with Three.js and other web-based 3D modeling frameworks
- Familiarity with aesthetic design principles for frontend development
- Experience developing web, SAAS applications
- Experience running a team
