Location: Onsite
Role: The candidate selected with lead an onsite team of personal lines sales producers.Experience required includes both personal lines sales and staff leadership, though the leadership experience does not have to be in the insurance field.

Qualifications:
- Insurance Experience Active Property & Casualty License required. 5+ years of experience preferred.
- Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
- Organization Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
- Team Oriented Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus but not required.
- Leadership Prior leadership experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Quote and sell policies
- Follow up with prospects
- Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
- Support and help maintain a culture of positivity and success within both the office and the organization.
- Set an example for team members in both leadership skills and display of the company s core values
