**Mission Title:** Kitchen Team (Gelato Specialist) - Summer 2022
**Location:** Flagship Store in Brunswick, Maine
**Hours:** Anticipated hours are 5 to 10 p.m. on weekdays. There may be some flexibility to start a little earlier if desired, and additional shifts may be available depending on your needs. If you need full-time work, we may be able to combine with front-of-house customer service.
We create our gelato and sorbetto from scratch, and we need talented team members to help create these delicious desserts at our Flagship Store. Training specific to gelato creation will be provided. Gelato specialists also serve customers when it gets busy, and you must be prepared to take time with customers and offer them great experiences.*Minimum Requirements:*
- One year of restaurant customer service, expediting, or kitchen experience preferred. In lieu, applicants who have strong experience or interest in creating other quality goods on tight deadlines or serving customers will also be seriously considered.
- Must have a team-oriented mindset. Trust us.
- Ability to transition between "front-of-house" and "back-of-house" roles with a moment's notice.
- Being coachable is absolutely required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be warm, friendly, and confident.

- Strong desire to create the highest quality products with attention to detail.
- Ability to learn our recipes and create them repeatedly with precision in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to communicate calmly and effectively with co-workers and customers.
- Devotion to delighting customers.
- Ability to quickly learn the ways of customer service at Gelato Fiasco.
- Ability to follow and support Gelato Fiasco's sanitation and food safety standards.
