Payroll Associate


Job Details

My client, a leading Private Investment Management firm in the Boston area, is seeking an individual Payroll Associate to join an established payroll team. This position will be responsible for entering and processing payroll for over 1,000 employees. The ideal candidate will have experience with ADP and Workday systems and at least 3-5 years of related experience. This is a hybrid role in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Process multi-state bi-weekly payrolls using ADP
  • Enter general ledgers and reconcile payroll journal entries in Workday
  • Assist with payroll related projects for HR and finance teams
  • Manage miscellaneous items for payrolls, including fringe benefits and deductions

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of payroll experience
  • Experience with ADP, Workday, and Microsoft Office products
  • Bachelor s degree required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
