The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing and helping to grow a profitable mortgage branch. In addition, you will be encouraged to help your team grow their individual business's though team networking events and overall support of their business. You will be fully supported by the leadership team at Neat Lending and will have weekly calls to be sure we stay on track of your goals.
Responsibilities
- Networking with referral partners such as Realtors, Builders, Attorneys, Etc.
- Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
- Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch
- Hire and train all employees of the branch
Qualifications
- Active NMLS license
- 2+ years' of experience in the mortgage industry
- Experience hiring and training individuals
- Ability to recruit loan officers
