Job description
Our deep learning team helps autonomous vehicles sense and perceive the world. You will play an important role in creating novel algorithms for advanced perception and applying your algorithm on terabytes of data. You will also work closely with other talents in this field in building the next-generation of autonomous sensing algorithms.
Responsibilities:
Develop deep learning based perception algorithms, including object detection, lane detection, segmentation, depth estimation, and so on.
Develop state of the art network structures and training schemes, and evaluate their performance on vision problems
Perform deep network compression based on ASIC platforms
Keep up with latest technologies in deep learning and computer vision literature and propose innovative ideas
Publish patent and research papers
Qualifications:
MS/PHD in computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
Mandarin speaking is preferred
Research and development experience in one or more of the following areas:
Deep network development, in particular with visual data
Object detection and tracking
Stereo / optical flow / depth estimation
Multi-view geometry, 3D computer vision
Structure from motion
Network compression and optimization
Network based sensor fusion
Mathematical optimization
Solid programming skills with Python (C++ is a plus)
PhD with strong publications is a plus
