Hospital Liaison / Marketing Director

Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently interviewing for a Hospital Liaison / Marketing Director. We are seeking an individual with previous SNF sales and marketing experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promoting the facility throughout the area community
• Knowledge of long-term care admission requirements
• Work with the regional, Director of Nursing and Administrator on referrals
• Developing and maintaining relationships with area referral sources
• Coordinating the admissions process of referred residents
• Knowledge and understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay and Third Party reimbursement.
• Welcoming new residents and assigning them to their care team.
• Managing all relationships with residents and hospitals, doctors, and facility staff.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Healthcare, specifically in the Long Term Care Industry preferred
• Marketing experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working contacts to referral sources is a plus.
