Summary:
Under the supervision and delegation of a Registered Nurse or the Licensed Practical Nurse the Resident Assistant performs customer service duties and assists in maintaining a positive physical, social, and psychological environment for the residents while promoting resident comfort.
Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- CPR required within thirty (30) days from date of hire.
- Accucheck proficiency preferred.
- Crisis management/restraint training required within forty-five (45) days from date of hire.
- Must keep patients safe.
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or GED preferred or proof of status as a student in a school of nursing.
