**What we are looking for**

IT Technical Support Specialist to provide systems, applications and end user support, maintains user accounts, and participates in planning, management and procurement of IT assets as needed. The Specialist adheres to ISO9001 objectives, complying with all departmental and company requirements, procedures and policies as stated in the Quality Manuals, Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 and other internal audit requirements. This person builds a strong working relationship with IT customers and understands their needs and processes to maximize productivity. At all times, the specialist will operate in the interest of its customers.

**What you will be doing**

* Interact with customers, global IT staff members, project managers, auditors and vendors on a daily, weekly or monthly basis depending on the need.

* Provide local area networking and end-user support for hardware, software and third-party application support.

* Receive and troubleshoot Service Desk Tier 1/2 and 3 Level calls, provide effective resolutions for issues submitted via the ticketing system.

+ Ensure all NEW IT tickets are reviewed, assigned or accepted within 24 hours of receipt.

+ Ensure all OPEN tickets have appropriate, future committed dates which are updated in conjunction with the requestor if the ticket is overdue.

+ Ensure all activities of resolution of a ticket are included in the Case Notes.

* Provide after hours on-call support as required.

* Contact and work within vendor support processes to resolve technical issues.

* Assist in the administration and maintenance of user accounts on internal systems and external vendor services.

* Planning, procurement and management of IT Assets

+ Assess functional needs to determine specifications for purchases and standards.

+ Procurement of IT assets using established standards, guidelines and policies

+ Install, configure and support the ongoing usability of desktop, laptop, and peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.

* May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders e.g., internal projects and initiatives.

**What you need to be successful**

* Minimum 3 years previous experience in IT support.

* Technical Knowledge related to various versions of Windows, Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, VMware, vSphere, ESX, VPN, TCP/IP Networks

* Experience in troubleshooting MAC OS

* Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

* Must be able to work well with others as part of a Team

* Ability to establish and manage shifting priorities, multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

* Demonstrates flexible thinking to troubleshoot or overcome problems

* Demonstrates consistency and reliability.

* Uses company resources with efficiency and economy

**Other skills that you may bring along but are not essential are:**

* ITIL Accredited

* Professional IT Certifications

* Experience working in a software development environment

* Previous knowledge of Ivanti End Point Management Suite or competing product

* Ability to manage projects as assigned and working with a global team
