Bilingual Customer Service
Tentative Start date: As soon as possible
Permobil is a prominent manufacturer and distributor in the health and disabled community. We provide medical equipment to those in need, such as wheelchair accessories, adaptive devices, hospital beds and more.

Preferred skills and experience:
- 2-3 years experience in customer service (spoken and written)
- Call center experience (preferred)
- Must be fluently bilingual (French and English)
- Experience in Microsoft office (Outlook)
- Experience in an ERP system
- Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Team player
Responsibilities:
- Processing quotes/orders/refunds and warranties into ERP system
- Assisting customers and sales representatives via phone and email with their inquiries. Our clientele is 90% English and 10% French.
- Following up on orders
- Assisting team members to ensure work is completed in a timely manner
